"Okina Oppai" translates to "Big Boobs" or "Big Breasts" in Japanese. In Japanese "Hana" means "flower" or "nose". It is a common name for girls. "Gōsei jinzō ningen" is Japanese for "synthetic android" or "synthetic artificial human". "Hadaka No Wakusei" translates to "Naked Planet" in Japanese.
Mable Okina Oppai says goodbye to her friend, the Android Hana Gosei Jinzo Ningen. Feeling a need for adventure, Mable plans to travel offworld, leaving the planet of her birth, Hadaka No Wakusei, for the first time in her life. According to her research, on most other planets the nether region being exposed is taboo, so she tests out wearing clothing for the first time in her life.
Hana Gosei Jinzo Ningen remarks on the clothing article Mable mail-ordered called shorts. "What is the purpose of this?" She says this when she notices the shinny red garment covering her friend's posterior and fuffa.
Mable shrugged. "I'm not sure. To make it more difficult to eliminate waste, I assume. You have to take these off first". She was feeling a bit confused by the strangeness of it, but according to the travel documents she reviewed online, this was the custom of offworlders.
